Honoring Legacy Through Scholarships
The Allan Murray Fund for Scholarships at St Andrew’s International School was established in memory of Mr. Allan Murray, a beloved history teacher at St Andrew’s from 1971 to 2013. His commitment to fairness, critical thinking, and excellence continues through this fund, which provides scholarships to exceptional students. The school has invested over $800,000 into this fund, with the goal of expanding its reach to support up to twelve scholars in the future.
Thanks to the generosity of the Fair family, three scholarship places have been established to honor the memory of Sylvia Fair, a devoted advocate of education. Three four-year, fully funded scholarships are awarded annually to deserving students from New Providence, TThe Abacos and Long island.
Another notable scholarship is the Ebony Miller Scholarship, named in honor of Dr. Ebony Miller, a former St Andrew’s scholarship student who tragically passed away in 2022. This scholarship is awarded to students who embody her spirit of excellence and kindness.
